SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders from our Sellersburg, Indiana location to addresses within the continental United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship via USPS or UPS Ground.

Live Bait
Live bait is available for in-store pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Local Pickup
Live bait, kayaks, and large or oversized items are available for local pickup at our Sellersburg location: 222 Hunter Station Road, Sellersburg, IN 47172.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 10 business days of the ship date, please contact us at info@wuhah.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
